Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems of the organization
- Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to all the staffs
- Manage fixed assets which includes office supplies, stationery, inventory, uniforms and new purchasing processes
- Organize, schedule meetings and appointments for internal teams
- Manage bill payments such as monthly electricity bills, internet, YCDC bills, etc. and accommodation arrangements
- Manage daily transportation route, car maintenance, vehicle license renewal and fuel consumption
- Inspection and supervision of the condition of the vehicles under preparation and if it is necessary to prepare them in an external service, they must be able to connect and plan
- Managing daily inspection of office for cleanliness and securities
- Managing relevant admin databases and others related documents, ensure they are up to date, accurate and initiate corrective actions if necessary.
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members who are M & E, Drivers
- Prepare operation team weekly, monthly reports and urgent requirements are done in timely manner
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entity

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor of Degree
- At least 4 years’ experienced as Admin Executive
- Age between (25-35) years
- Excellent leadership skills and communication abilities
-  Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point and English 4 skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Long term work with the company and able to join urgently
