Job Descriptions

  • DICA Process များနှင့် အစိုးရရုံးများသို့ ဝင်ထွက်သွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
  • နှစ်စဉ် လစဉ်ပေးသွင်းရသော အခွန်လိုင်စင်ကြေးများအား Finance ဌာနနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနိုင်ရပါမည်။
  • ရုံးသုံးပစ္စည်းများ ဝယ်ယူခြင်း ( Stationary and others ) ၊ Fixed Assets Control ပိုင်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • လစဉ် အဝယ်စာရင်း ၊ အထွက်စာရင်းများကို စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • ရုံးကားများပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း ၊ Ferry Way များ ၊ ကား Kilo စစ်ခြင်း၊ မီးစက် ၊ ဆီ စသည်တို့ကို ကြီးကြပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Admin Budget Plan များနှင့် Monthly Budget of Expenditure များကို ရေးဆွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Admin KPI Calculation Setting ချမှတ်မှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး အတွေ့အကြုံရှိလျှင် ပိုမို ကောင်းမွန်ပါသည်။

  • အသက် ( ၂၅ မှ ၃၅ ) နှစ်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Office and Excel အခြေခံကို  နားလည်တတ်ကျွမ်းရပါမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ( ၃ ) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် ရှိရပါမည်။
  • လိုအပ်ပါက အချိန်ပိုဆင်းခြင်း ခရီးသွားခြင်း၊ ရုံးပြင်ပသွားလာခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • သွက်လက်ချက်ချာမှုရှိပြီး အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • ဆက်ဆံရေးပြေပြစ်သောသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
