Responsible for mini store management
To coordinate with engineering team & other dept. to support
To communicate with other departments to arrange for office procedure and processes
To arrange and process daily vehicle status for Engineering Team
To check and count for quantity and quality of POSM items
To update daily POSM items which in and out
To prepare monthly duty roster report for Security Team
To prepare monthly POSM report, Monthly vehicle status report to Yangon office
To supervise and manage for Security Team, General Worker, Cleaner, Driver duties and responsibilities.
To arrange for government tax (YCDC Bill, Water Bill, Electricity Bill, Phone Bill)
To check & supervise vehicle matter (Repair & Maintenance, License, Vehicle Log Book, Daily Record).
To Help & cooperate for staff welfare
