Job Description

-Lead admin assistant for day to day administrative tasks encompassing reception duties
-Maintain a daily record, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays and vacations
-Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
-Perform logistic arrangement for all office supplies, kitchen supplies and etc and reorder when need
-Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services
-Ensure fixed assets and inventory list are updated
-Follow up monthly charges of phone bill, internet bill, meter bill and settle the payment
-Track and record every department printing usage by daily bias
-Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
-Other duties as assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

-Relevant Bachelor Degree
-Experience in admin position would be desirable
-Ability to establish priorities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadline with strong attention to consistency, detail and quality
-Have strong skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and cloud storage
