Job Description

- Licensing & Revenue Bill
- Renovation, Transportation, Maintenance (Office , Vehicle , Generator)
- Vehicle Use (Daily Ferry, Oil Usage & Kilo, Daily Office Use, Travelling, Vehicle hire & purchase)
- Control & Arrange vehicle usage for ferry ways, oil, kilo, travelling, vehicle hire & purchase
- Manage & assign by driver and security
- Monitoring cash budget, checking petty cash and others utilities expenses
- Making decision for urgent case and report to HODs and perform other duties as required

- At least 3 years experience in administration field.
- Problem solving skill, Leadership skill, Good communication skill
