- Mainly responsible for Administrative duties

- Manage and check of asset or office equipment, vehicle

- Arrange contracts or insurance for employee, especially for foreigners

- Assist to Japanese MD

- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

- Must have over 5 years experience as Admin
- Must have over 3 years experience of management
- Must be Business level in English.
- Prefer to have Admin manager experience in multinational comapany or abroad
- Prefer to have working experience as Accountant
- Prefer to have experience of managing more than 70 staffs

Working Days: Mon~Fri, every other Saturday(second and fourth)
