Job Description

  • Review and implement Work Instructions to align with Quality Management Systems (QMSs).
  • Participate as ISO internal auditor in the audit team.
  • Implement the CAPA plan and close all findings within the defined timeline.
  • Selection, evaluation, and re-evaluation of Cargo gates/Transporters yearly.
  • Transportation arrangements to send the stocks to branch offices
  • Manage vehicle assignments for employees.
  • Check and approve admin-related requests such as stationery, office equipment, and M&E procedures.
  • Arrange to dispatch the inter-office memorandum and statements.
  • Collecting and distributing official letters from all departments by providing internal postal services
  • Coordinate the storage, transportation, delivery of goods, and cash collection activities.
  • Manage customer service activities relating to the order fulfillment process; interface with sales, customers, and the principals to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain requirements for Quality Management System.
  • Prepare to explain the Distribution Department's (2) roles and responsibilities following Quality Management System to ISO auditors.
  • Perform required tasks and responsibilities on internal and ISO auditors' findings on time.
  • Train and supervise the staff of the Distribution Department on specified SOPs and processes to meet the complaint requirements.
  • Communicate with Government offices.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • At least five years of working experience in admin/warehouse management with two years of managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of Problem-solving skills, Leadership skills, Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Good Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good Communication skills in English (4 skills)
  • Good knowledge of Vehicle and vehicle maintenance
  • Knowledge of ISO documentation procedure
  • Must be able to travel to any region.
