-Managing day-to-day admin matters and other departments to improve admin functions.-Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization.-Managing and monitoring office buildings for cleanliness and securities.-Checking monthly stationary ordering lists correct or not and other admin expenses.-Can be resolve day-to-day administrative and operational problems.-Handle and manage vehicle repairing process and overall accident case-Arrangement of office’s daily ferry way and trip way.-Control and manage daily fuel usage of vehicles.-Prepare and propose vehicles’ licenses, insurance, rental, fuel, maintenance budget to Director/MD. -Manage overall vehicle purchasing process, rental process, inspection, license & extension, vehicle Insurance and then resolving all of the vehicle issue and complaints.-Manage and control drivers and vehicles. -Report to the Board of Director and MD.

Job Requirements
-Any Graduated -Age between 35~45 years old-Minimum 5 years’ experience as Admin Manager and government processing. More preferred construction field.-Able to work under pressure and a good team leader. -Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
