Job Description

  • Supports operations by supervising staff, planning, organizing and implementing   administrative system
  • Oversee administrative operations of business, day to day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff
  • Ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance of the office’s equipment and computers, maintaining meeting schedules and writing or reviewing contracts
  • Develop and maintain standard policies and procedures relating to office administration and facilities function
  • Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to admin/office activities
  • Handling, arranging and controlling assets management and procurement for office stationery, accessories, office supplies and new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization and Stores to facilitate Operation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities for vehicle, office machines such as air con, copier, printer and other office equipment
  • Liaise with Government office effectively for company ‌affairs
  • Experience in Engineering background will be appreciated.
  • Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Top Management
