Job Description

  1. Must be handle Import License, Custom Clearance, Shipping Line, Border Trade, Local Domestic and Supply Chain Management.
  2. Manage to Apartment and Construction process and have the Legal knowledge of Contract.
  3. Must be Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
  4. Develop Team Leaders, and ensure their focus on developing their direct reports, as part of an ongoing talent management and succession strategy.
  5. Planning and Checking control the use of fuel for Corporate Office vehicles, manage ferry arrangement and ways, vehicle petrol manages and all the payment issues of related with vehicles.
  6. Maintain and control all of Corporate Office Fixed Assets and working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses.
  7. Maintenance and repair of office equipment and supplies, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers
  8. Manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and  effective operations
  9. Develop and implement corporate office administrative policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture
  10. Must be able to supervise and check the policy, process, and rules of the Admin department of the Business Units and support if necessary.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree holder / Prefer of MBA
  2. Must have diploma in Administration Management (or) Business Management
  3. Minimum (5) years of proven working experiences in Admin Management (Operation)
  4. Strong knowledge of administrative policies and procedures, legal compliance, and best practices
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  9. Able to travel depending on the business requirement
