Job Description

  • Review and implement Work Instructions to align with Quality Management Systems (QMSs).
  • Participate as ISO internal auditor in the audit team.
  • Implement CAPA plan and close all findings within defined timeline
  • Selection, evaluation and re-evaluation of Cargo gates/Transporters yearly.
  • Transportation arrangement to send the stocks to branch offices
  • Manage vehicle assignments to employees
  • Check and approve the admin related requests such as stationery and office equipment and M&E procedures
  • Arrange dispatching the inter-office memorandum and statements
  • Collecting and distribution of official letters from all departments by providing internal postal services
  • Coordinate in the storage, transportation, delivery of goods and cash collection activities
  • Manage customer service activities relating to the order fulfillment process; interface with sales, customers, and the principals to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and maintain requirements for Quality Management System
  • Prepare to explain ISO auditors about the Distribution Department’s (2) roles and responsibilities in accordance with Quality Management System
  • Perform required tasks and responsibilities on findings of internal auditors and ISO auditors in a timely manner
  • Train and supervise the staff of Distribution Department on specified SOPs and processes in order to meet the complaince requirements
  • Communicate with Government offices
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate
  • At least five years working experience in admin/warehouse management with 2 years managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge on Problem-solving skills, Leadership skills, Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Good Computer Skills (Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good Communication skill in English (4 skills)
  • Good knowledge in Vehicle and vehicle maintenance
  • Excellet planning & organizing skills
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Knowledge of ISO documentation procedure
  • Ability to communicate in English
