Admin Manager
About our Client
Our client is a well-established local Myanmar importer of fine quality wines from Europe, this business has been operating since 2016 and has grown to be one of the leading importers of wine in this time Due to the unprecedented growth our client is now looking for a senior accountant that can step up and manage the financial requirements of the business.
Location
This business is based in the South Oak kalar Township and incorporates a functional warehouse .
Reporting to
This role reports directly to the CEO.

About the Job
The Admin Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Admin Manager is responsible for developing intra office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, stock controls, warehouse management and office staff supervision and task delegation.
About You
You will be a proven leader with a degree in Accounting or a Certificate in LCCI or ACCA with at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role. You will have Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with Good verbal and written communication in English. Experience in controlling, budgeting or auditing will be highly regarded. You will also have the proven abilities to achieve the following:
- Organize office operations and procedure
- Management relationships with retailers and wholesalers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and get pay on time
- Coordinate with office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Evaluate and manage staff performance
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
- Prepare operational reports and schedules
