- Must be able to understand and maintain the electrical / water lines of a building.- Must have a good understanding of Aircon System / Audio System / Projector System etc. and be able to maintain and repair regularly to minimize damage.- Assist in the daily operation of the Admin Department as required.- Must be able to follow the supervision and instructions of the manager and supervisors in the admin departments- Must be able to submit the daily report to the upper level systematically for the tasks assigned.- Be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facilities installed in the building.- Must be able to maintain the fixed assets used in the building at all times.

- Must have a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma.- Must have at least 3 years experience in M&E.- Must have good personality and good interpersonal skills.- Must be able to provide good working hours.- Must be able to co-operate with the responsibilities assigned by the senior manager.
