- Maintain and update records,files,and documents in an organized manner.
- Keep necessary documentaion for record.
- Assist and support HR & Admin Department in recruitment & employment process.
- Support all administrative requirements of the office: Phone calls, bookings, travels, stationery and pantry supplies.
- To maintain active communication with different offices and local communities to coordinate variours administrative issues.
- Deal with external people,Such as: Electrician,Technical person etc.
- Contact Cooperate with government sector.
- Assist in HR and administration related tasks
- Checks bills , voucher with supporting documents of field staff to assist accountant.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and handle advance payment to warehouses.
- Check all payment claims from warehouses and make sure all are correct and accurate.
- Collect demand note from the location.
- Other duties as assigned.
