Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Control fixed asset management including arranging office supplies, and stationery, checking stocks, and arranging procurements with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Control inventory registration and maintain physical inventory checking.
  • Arrange transportation and accommodation arrangements for employees.
  • Be responsible for flight tickets and bus tickets arrangement.
  • Supervise office vehicles maintenance to be ready for working conditions.
  • Handle payments for bills such as electric meter and water meter etc.,
  • Manage office maintenance and facilities services.
  • Handle in-house systems which are related to the Admin Department.  
  • Manage smooth and safe correspondences internally and externally.
  • Provide administrative support to Admin Manager and Assistant Admin Managers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in administrative works
  • Good communication skills in both English and Burmese
  • Proficient in using Internet & Email and MS Office (Word, Excel, Presentation).
  • Strong problem solving, customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of employees within an organization.
  • Positive (can do) attitude with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Prefer good experience in travel arrangement, esp arranging flight tickets.
