Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  1. Maintain the office premises and equipment.
  2. To prepare budget to purchase office use materials, stationary, IT products and other fixed assets etc.
  3. To purchase the materials concern with admin department supply to organization.
  4. Supervise vehicle control and maintenance, check vehicle usage.
  5. Conduct in foreigner employee visa apply/extension and list in immigration department.
  6. To assist with the general administration of work with admin team.
  7. To input and validate data onto the company computerized systems as required.
  8. To complete as necessary such reports and returns as may be required.

Job Requirements

  1. Any graduates.
  2. Minimum 1year experience in related field.
  3. Computer literate.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  5. Able to work as part of the team.
  6. Influent in English and Myanmar is an advantage.
