Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

General Purpose of the position - To carry out daily administrative tasks. Inquired and prepared for purchasing requirement from various department. Checking and reporting to building manager for store process. Register and checking all fixed assets. 

 

 - Provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to staffs in office and office staffs. 

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies - To complete as necessary such reports and returns as may be required.

- Support the requirement of Department Head.

- Responsible to pay on time for monthly billing payment like (phone bill, electricity bill, internet bill etc...) 

- Transmit circular to tenants by email and hard copy. 

- Petty cash custodian.

- Prepare and submit transport, medical or miscellaneous claims. 

- Knowledge of electrical and administrative procedures and systems such as filling and record keeping.

- Undertake other duties/ tasks that may be assigned from time to time such as the management deemed necessary.

- Renewal authority certificates relevant to building and payment for government tax on time.

- Other administrative support to Building team & Leasing team.

Job Requirements

- Degree holder in any discipline.

- Minimum experience of (2) year in administrative fields. 

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedure.

- Ability to use Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel,Power point) 

- Able to use internet and email.

- Good communication, team work culture and interpersonal skills. 

- Good passion on learning.
