Job Description

  • Assist in overall office admin duties and activities of internal Admin Dept.
  • Handle assigned admin daily duties, updating and maintaining records in data resources weekly and monthly
  • Handle office supplies stocks inventory, assets control and ordering under supervision of the Dept. Head
  • Prepare the rent or purchase payment request forms timely and punctually
  • Check and follow up the admin related financial invoices and payments daily and weekly
  • Arrange Visa, Passport , travel and accommodation as required
  • Arrange vehicle control and fleet management.
  • Assist in implementing admin projects and other related jobs as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Female 27 to 35
  • Bachelor's degree holder with professional diploma business management and administration from an international academy or association
  • At least 4 years’ experience in related works at large business companies
  • Good command in 4 skills Chinese and communication in English.
  • Advance level in computer skills
  • Hardworking person, willing to learn new experience and able to work under pressure
  • Very good inter personality  with excellent team working
