  • To prepare automobiles at the headquarters, take responsibility for completion issues, and conduct monthly regular inspections in a specified fashion, issue First Aaid boxes, and perform regular inspections.
  • To take responsibility if there are no staff responsible for communicating with external businesses, such as aircon generator, such as telephone lines, water lines, and lights at headquarters.
  • To make input, release letters, mailboxes, mail/Fax inputs, and distributions within the daily department.
  • To perform monthly A4 consumption monthly and input, input, and issuance.
  • Lists of office items to be listed on software.
  • To understand and apply the ISO system

  • Any Graduate
  • More preferable in related certificate.
  • Above (1) years experience in Admin Field & Office Staff.
  • Must be able to use MS Office , Word,E-mail, Excel other relevant.
