Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

 Assist to admin manager for general affairs.
 Prepare meeting room and meeting schedule
 Checking hostel and ground in daily/ weekly.
 Checking building cleaning and repairing in daily.
 Checking vehicle status record in security and motor in charge.
 Collect the stationary requisition from all departments.
 Checking and ordering the stationary list.
 Prepare the uniform for all employee not only office but also production.
 Assist to job delegate to security, cleaner and receptionist.
 Assist to supply office use machine (printer, copier, scanner, etc…)
 Arrange for necessary to building repair and maintenance.
 Record, maintain and keeping office assets.
 Assist to preparing vouchers book and invoice paper.
 Assist to communicate with government office for company registration (FDA license, YCDC license, Health license, billboard license, etc…)
 Assist to repairing vehicle and record monthly expenses.
 Assist to arrange hotel and bus ticket, air ticket for travelling.
 Assist to arrange vehicle license extension and insurance license extension of office own car,
 Assist to arrange for vehicle repairing and find effective workshop.
 Assist to rent and negotiate rental terms the vehicle for sale.
 Assist to hostel repairing and handling.
 Reporting to Admin manager in monthly.
 Assist to communicate with all supplier and negotiate for cost saving.

Job Requirements

 Any graduated
 At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
 Can use skillfully in MS word, excel and page maker.
 Good communication and respect each other.
 Can use English about elementary level.
 Must have knowledge in email and internet using.
 Can work with team.
