Job Requirements

- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Any graduate, preferable Secretarial Diploma

- Minimum 3 years Experience as secretary or Personal Assistant / similar administrative role

- Ability to work effectively and proven the ability to work under pressure

- Good time-management skills with an ability to set and work to fixed deadlines

- Self initiative

- Proficient at multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks

- Accuracy on repeated works

- Proficiency in Excel

- Skills in database management, record keeping

- Ability to identify needs of directorts and support preemptively

- Proficiency in relation with goverment organization

- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

- Quick Learner
