  • Support the team for day-to-day operation
  • Document control for all incoming and outgoing letter
  • Assist in document preparation and the submission documents to associated Documents
  • Handle the facilities, maintenance, procurement affairs of the office
  • Daily checking the office facilities 
  • Communicate with outside suppliers to maintain the facilities
  • Ask quotation for any affairs of office operation
  • Coordinate with all departments and other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Data control and office expenses record
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree.
  • Confidence and ability to work competently and independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least two-year experience in Admin & Procurement
  • Can use computer Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point 
  • Must be able to work independently and under stressful situation
