  • File management and common document writing.
  • Recording information as needed
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Leading  general office clerk duties
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required. Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Good communication and public relation skill and have a sense of responsibility and have a participatory spirit team work

Job Requirements

  • Age 25 to 30
  • Experience (3) year experiences with related field.
  • Any Graduate
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Work under pressure
  • Fluent in Chinese and English(both written and spoken)
  • Manage work schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Communicating and negotiating with worker, specialists, other staff .
  • Preferred social networking
  • Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Once Hired, can work immediately .
