Job Description

This role will perform all administrative and clerical duties in connection with supporting the department. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Executive Assistant of Chief Business Banking Officer for office administration, purchasing and other miscellaneous and assigned duties with discretion, professionalism and integrity.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of accomplishment as collaborative efforts to meet the needs of the department;
  • Perform inventory control and procurement of office supplies, stationaries and IT equipment for the department and Business Banking Division;
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for submitting various Purchase Requests (PRs) not only for the department also for the whole Business Banking Division;
  • Assist with newcomer’s onboarding such as seating arrangement, supply of IT equipment and stationary etc.;
  • Manage the scheduling/ route of division’s vehicle for client meetings, site inspection and visits etc.;
  • Assist Corporate Banking Relationship Managers (RMs) with the preparation of assessment and valuation report;
  • Share bank statement to transactional banking clients in daily basis;
  • Coordinate and facilitate whole Business Banking Division’s departments together with Executive Assistant;
  • Work collaboratively with Executive Assistant and other Admin Support to deliver effective and sound working environment;
  • Perform other job-related ad-hoc duties as assign.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance or economics.
  • +2 to 3 years of work experience in administrative support roles for business development, corporate finance or banking.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team- in both written and verbal communications;
  • Well-organized, responsible, proactive and reliable team player who is willing and able to learn and collaborate with everyone at all levels;
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of accomplishment as collaborative efforts to meet the needs of the department;
  • Preferably who are able to converse and write in both English and Myanmar;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point.
