Min Education Level
The role is responsible for overall call centre operation administrative tasks by office wise (Yangon and Mandalay). Design customer’s centric base to improve customers experience for quality service standard.
Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
Transportation arrangement for work shifts
Overall attendance reporting with approval.(Publishing monthly report.)
Manage and supervise DPS staff.
Highlight chronic issues on time.
Regular maintenance of office equipment and fixing problems before noticed by all.
Utilization of office car usage with approval.
Regular Admin Audit.(Process documentation)
Saving power supply.
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
knowledge of call center administrative tasks and process
some experience in a call centre or customer service environment preferred
More than 3years experience in releated field.
proficient in relevant computer applications
good data entry and typing skills (both English & Myanmar
