Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Maintain and support the office equipment and fixed asset

• Schedule meetings and take meeting minute detail

• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, Letters and office document

• Collect office stationary needed every month and buy for office equipment

• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/ appointments etc.

• Maintain electrical, air-condition, lighting and heating

• Schedule driving way for every department everyday morning

• Coordinate appointments and travel managements for managers or supervisors

• Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash

• To check and balance the fuel usage and fuel control. Then report to admin manager

• Collect the daily admin process and then report back daily accomplishment to admin manager

Job Requirements

• Prefer Bachelor of Science

• At least 2 Years experiences in related field

• Ages between 25 – 40 years

• Proven admin or assistant experience

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedure

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong ethics and reliability

• Problem solving and decision-making aptitude
