• Schedule driving way for every department everyday morning
• Coordinate appointments and travel managements for managers or supervisors
• Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash
• To check and balance the fuel usage and fuel control. Then report to admin manager
• Collect the daily admin process and then report back daily accomplishment to admin manager
