Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

    • Handle and Manage overall administrative job for 3 campuses.
    • Manage and supervise all Admin Staffs well.
    • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
    • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
    • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
    • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
    • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
    • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
    • Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities.
    • Implement, train, and evaluate administrative team member.
    • Develop, review and improve policies, systems and procedures.
    • Generally ensure the office operation smoothly and efficiently.
    • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, customer service procedures.
    •  Manage all communication with internal departments to facilitate all operation processes.
    • To implement other ad-hoc jobs assigned by management.
    • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, employer branding, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
    • Analysis, Discipline Implementation, Motivational, Planning, Problem Solving, Change Management.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and MBA.
    • Must have 5 years experiences related field.
    • Experienced in a related field as management preferred.
    • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
    • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
    • Understanding good customer relationship management.
