  • Generate and acquire quality recruitment leads
  • Contribute to company’s agency manpower growth by actively recruiting and attracting talented agents
  • Involve in selection, interview, compensation package development and onboarding for agents Set standards and ensure implementation of quality recruitment strategies are executed

Job Requirements

  • Degree with at least 2 years HR/agency recruitment experience in insurance industry Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset, visionary and persistence. Being able to think beyond status quo. Persuasive and able to convey ideas, plus negotiation and influencing skills Displays high learning orientation and likes to innovate to achieve goals
  • Detail oriented, influential, creative, resourceful
  • Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics
  • Good command in English and Burmese, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
