This role holder is responsible to manage distribution channel of respective territories, Sales and operational management as well as customer service management to encourage and support retailers in order to achieve KPIs and reach setting targets. 

• Provide agent activation strategy to boost the revenue stream of KBZPay agent business in order to deliver a monthly, yearly revenue forecast
• Agent network execution: Data analysis, prepare key performance index and propose partner service sale pitch
• Engage and work closely with L&D to continuously improve Agent training to Branches and External Agents from time to time
• Make sure to have effective field coaching session while supporting their business income growth
• Perform regular inspection & audit on Master Agents and Super Agents etc to ensure established procedures, processes and internal compliances are adhered
• Analyze and ensure accuracy of each and each agent’s KPI report to management from time to time (i.e monthly, quarterly & annually)
• Monitor agent banking business on market while researching other players’ way of doing business
• Work closely with product development team to facilitate specific needs of agents
• Coordinate & supervise every dealer survey managing data and all the survey process
• Organizing of Route to Market implementation in the sales environment, through setting up of proper customer service model for the purpose of managing distributors routine
• Help sales and relationship management team to improve KPI to highest level.

• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Good command in English for both verbal and written
• Good leadership and management skill
• Be able to work under pressure and tight timeline
• Result oriented
• Solid understanding of Retailer and Distributor network
• Have at least 5-8 years working experience in related field
• Preferred who has experience In Charge (IC) / Second In Charge (2IC) in Branch
• Able to travel as per Business needs
• VCGMA (Value Center General Manager Assistant) Assessment test will be conducted for the applicants who passed the interview
