We are looking for Agent Operation Professionals for our Mawlamyine Branch. Please see the following positions for Agent Operation.

 

AGENT IN CHARGE (Supervisor)

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer service operations such as account opening, complaint handling and communications. 

  • Train internal staff for product knowledge and develop SOPs for sales process. 

  • Manage front office and back-office tasks and make sure daily duties are done by EOB. 

  • Manage cash-in, cash-out processes, monitor branch and staff performance. 

  • Handle for account and compliance section including wallet administration. 

  • Coordinate with Head Office centralized operation follow-up matters. 

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of working experience in Banking & financial industry, preferably area of agent management. 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable in banking and finance or other relevant academic backgrounds. 

  • Able to work independently and lead the team. 

  • Good understanding of agent networking and develop the necessary internal functions.  

FRONT OFFICE, BACK OFFICE, CASH (Senior Staff) 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle front office operations including cash in/cash out processes. 

  • Handle back-office operations including day end balancing and reports, keep customers’ record and control security items. 

  • Monitor cash positions and control cash in/ cash out transaction to agents. 

  • Manage and perform daily reconciliation and end of closing. 

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 year of working experience in Banking & financial industry, preferably area of agent management. 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable in banking and finance or other relevant academic backgrounds. 

  • Able to work independently and lead the team. 

  • Good understanding of agent networking and develop the necessary internal functions.  

CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALES AND MARKETING (Senior Staff) 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle for customer service operations such as account opening, complaint handling. 

  • Manage walk-in customers for product knowledge sharing. 

  • Handle for direct sales and agent networking. 

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Banking & financial industry, preferably area of agent management. 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable in banking and finance or other relevant academic backgrounds. 

  • Able to work independently and lead the team. 

  • Good understanding of agent networking and develop the necessary internal functions.
