Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Daily independent travel within the trade area with occasional overnight stays.
  • Coordinate worker activities, such as planting, chemical application, harvesting, grading, and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Recruit, train/instruct and supervise farm workers.
  • Organize maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
  • Coordinate growing activities with those of engineering, equipment maintenance, and other related departments.
  • Ensure the implementation of the planting program for each product.
  • Improve farming and take care the trade area such as Mango, Durian, Pomelo and others.
  • Make sure effective and efficient agriculture system in place.
  • Makes reports on time, equipment, materials, keep records, collect field data and report situation to supervisor regularly (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Agronomy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the agriculture industry.
  • Familiar with Agriculture Products and Compounds.
  • Able to work physically work in farming if needed.
  • Able to work at both site (97 Mile) and Yangon Head Office 
  • Willing to travel and relocate
