JOB PURPOSE

Application Developer develops customized report and program to execute business strategy and requirement by designing, developing, integrating and supporting MIS for internal use across the operations. Application developer is responsible and accountable for all aspects of MIS operations including system design, development, implementation, operation, maintenance and training.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for design and implementation of software development
• Design, development and testing of new features of existing applications
• Develop various reports whenever business needs
• Create system related documentations
• Participate as a team member of In-house program development
• Explain technical solutions to non-technical users
• Support all aspects of MIS
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned
• Able to travel if require

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or relevant qualification
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in software development 
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, MSSQL, Crystal Report or other reporting tools 
• Great understanding of OOP concepts
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially word and excel
• Preferably, familiar with excel VBA programming
• Good communication and presentation skill (may need to communicate across internal departments)
• Good in English and Myanmar Language (reading, writing and understanding)
• Good Interpersonal skill and teamwork
• Able to think outside the box 
• Can work independently and with team
