• Develop strategies and technologies by studying existing technology architecture, evaluating solution alternatives and developing prototypes and preparing technical requirements
• Plan the implementation of a world-class product
• Create and execute test scenarios for commissioning
• Manage the developer team and execute projects
• Prioritize, schedule and oversee the processing of user requests and optimize available IT application development resources (with an emphasis on on-time completion, minimizing lead times and sustaining a high level of quality while supporting Strategy Deployment Priorities.
• Assist users in the selection of application software.
• Provide leadership/guidance on various project teams to evaluate/design and implement new applications and modifications.

• Lead pre-testing phase of development by evaluating proposals in order to identify potential problem areas, and make the appropriate recommendations.
• Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and follow our Project Request/application development methodology.
• Provide user support for all applications.

Minimum Requirements

• Software development methodologies
• Software architecture
• Database design
• Data analysis
• Project management
• 3-5 years of hands-on software development experience
• 5+ years of team leadership and project management
• Technical degree in CS, Engineering, etc. with a logic-based problem solving curriculum
• Project management or business analyst certification
• Proficiency with at least one web development language, preferably Python
• Profeciency with English Communication Skills is  essential.
