Architectural Building Thinking, Concept and Creation
Able to handle space management, Colour Management and necessary consideration
Able to do exterior architecture and interior projects from schematic design to construction drawings
Review and analyze on the architectural plans and design
Work with Clients, Consultants and site team
Prefer to prepare for building permit applicatiion
To do regular site visit to check on progress and can solve problem that arise during construction
Able to handle other related specific tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Architectural or equivalence
Minimum 3 years experiences in related field
Have a professional knowledge in architectural materials and construction methods
Good skills in AutoCAD, Sketch up, 3D max, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop and MS office
Self-Starter
Excellent interpersonal, Communication and conceptual Skills
Highly motivated and inspired
Can work under pressure and good in time management
Must have "Positive" and "Can Do" attitude
