  • Presenting 2D Floor plan & 3D Concept model for client approval
  • Adjusting designs and plans to meet client’s needs
  • Preparing and Producing construction drawings based on the site surveys
  • Negotiating with a team of other professionals

Job Requirements

  • B.Arch. or Any architectural Diploma in engineering, or relevant field
  • At least (1-2) years experiences in steel structure company
  • Auto CAD (or) Revit For Drafting
  • Sketch Up (or) 3D max (or) BIM for Modelling
  • Vray (or) Lumion (or) Enscape for Rendering
  • Microsoft Office & Photoshop for Documentation & Postproduction
  • Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions
  • Must be able to visit and work on local sites if necessary
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
  • Technically creative and open-minded
