  • Plan, develop & implement retail operations strategy & execution at stores.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, SOP, and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure to maintain all Parameters as Quality Audit.
  • Cross functional co-ordination with Finance, marketing, and HR stakeholders.
  • Maintain in-stock avail the lability at the store and timely in the formation of category/replenishment team in case there is any concern.
  • Responsible for managing any marketing/the ales event at store level In-store communication.
  • Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet.
  • Set and regulate product pricing using results of market and demand analysis.
  • Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues.
  • Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.
  • Optimize and oversee operations staff to ensure efficiency.
  • Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
  • Evaluate staff performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
  • Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  • Managing and monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Deal with purchasing manager, data manager, and logistic manager in china.

Job Requirements

  • Must have proficient in the Chinese Language
  • 2 or 3 years of experience as an Area Manager or similar role
  • Good understanding of performance evaluation metrics
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strongly developed leadership skills are crucial as an Area Manager.
  • Area Managers will use advanced leadership skills to inspire, mentor and encourage store-level managers to reach quarterly and annual goals.
  • Deal with employment, operation, or inventory cost challenges and will need to develop strategies to solve them.
