Area Operation Manager

• Assist to General Manager and Chief Operation Officer daily operations to ensure productivity, safety and security of working environment and company’s goal.• Participate in business strategic planning by consulting with GM.• Coordinate with Branch Managers and Regional Managers in assigned area for preparing business plans and submit to General Manager and Chief Operation Officer with recommendations.• Set up, Manage, facilitate and implement to roll out of additional new branches in assigned area according to business plan by coordinating with Admin & HR and ICT team.• Review on new staff recruitment proposal submitted by Operation Officer and obtain confirmation from GM.• In accordance with business plan, ensure ongoing promotion of financial services.• Drive to Regional Offices and Branch Offices to achieving targets stated in Business Plan for particular region and branches.• Collaborate with Training Manager, HR Manager, in recruiting, training, performance evaluation and releasing the employees by getting support from General Manager and Chief Operation Officer.• Train to new staffs and old staffs related with operation to be awareness and comply with operation policy and producers. • Ensure internal control system in place in the operation and supervise follow up on policies and procedures• Maintain the quality of microfinance services through regular field visits.• Supervise staffing to ensure efficiency, productivity and smooth operations• Lead to regional manager and branch manager to solve on staff issues and business issues in assigned area by dealing with HR Manager and Legal & Compliance Manager.• Review and analyze region’s and branch’s performance regularly with target and submit to General Manager and Chief Operation Officer with recommendations.• Communicate with various department from Head office if any requirement in assigned area.• Undertake any assigned tasks from supervisor.
• A bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, business administration or any other social science field.• Determined personality with initiative, perseverance, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.• Good relations with different types of people and team spirit.• Capability and willingness to take responsibility.• Be a good facilitator, mentor, and coach.• Very good communication and marketing skills.• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.• Must be willing to travel to field office frequently and ability to work under pressure.• At least 7 years’ experience at a senior managerial level in Microfinance industry.
