Job Description

Plan, develop & implement retail operations strategy & execution at stores.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Supervise and discipline all store employees
Ensure store SOP and Process Compliance.
Ensure to maintain all Parameters as Quality Audit.
Team Management & engaging people.
Cross functional co-ordination with Category, Marketing, HR and other stake holders.
Maintain in-stocks availability at store and timely information to category/replenishment team in case there is any concern.
Monitor Operational cost and expenses.
Responsible for reducing shrink & dump at stores.
Responsible for managing any marketing/sales event at store level In-store communication.
Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet
Set and regulate product pricing using results of market and demand analysis
Ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures at retail sites
Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues
Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of a retail store.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales and customer service is required
Ability to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
Well versed in reviewing and evaluating sales records and financial statements.
Proficient in interacting with store managers and retail staff to communicate information relevant to sales
The ability to manage, motivate and inspire others.
Highly self-motivated and enjoy working with own initiative
A flexible approach to working hours, including weekend working
Working within a team
Passionate, enthusiastic & driven.
Proactive and able to lead a team to achieve results.
Strong communicator verbally and written skills.
