  • Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, vendor product and delivery scheduling
  • Ability to effectively train, coach, and motivate staff associates, with strong conflict resolution skills
  • Supervise, schedule and manage all staff associates to meet customer demands and store efficiencies, cleanliness and safety
  • Introduce new product lines and create strategies to present them to our customers
  • Ensure all inventory levels are maintained for customer satisfaction and company profitability
  • Prepare all Procedures for Convenience Stores and Operation Department.
  • Prepare new Procedures Setup Team for New Convenience Stores.
  • Design Layout Planogram for every Convenience Stores.
  • Implementation and Finalizing for every Convenience Stores.
  • Planning of Onside Training Job for all Convenience Employees. 
  • Support Training Program to HR Department.
  • Prepare New Training Program for Store Operation, Fast Food Service and Customer Service.
  • Stock Adjustment and Analyze with System.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 year experience in managing operation of CVS
  • Good communication and management skills
  • English proficiency
