Coordination meeting with respective local authorities and conducting market assessment in new area to promote the program in order to develop and implement expansion strategy.
Perform effectively for new area expansion and implementing new branch opening process in timely as per expansion plan
Performing new branch opening process as a temporary BM if necessary.
Support to Branch office to set up policies and producers of the operation department.
Assist to Area Operation Manager in management of operation activities and internal control process in the respective area.
Prepare the detailed new branch set up plan (staff recruitment, client recruitment, onboarding training, required staff accessories,) and submit to Area Operation Manager in timely.
By collaboration with respective department/Regional Manager to implement the new branch confirmed by management team.
Propose required new headcount to AOM based on the productivity by dealing with respective branch manager.
Building good relationship with governmental departments in his/her assigned area.
Attend inter-department co-ordination meetings to ensure quality of area expansion criteria.
Prepare respective activity report, status reports and submit to supervisor regularly.
Ensure the quality of microfinance services through regular field visits.
Support Regional Offices and Branch Offices in achieving targets stated in Business Plan for particular region and branches.
Review on audit finding report and follow up on the particular finding point by coordinating with respective Branch Manager.
Collaboration with Regional Training Officer for new staff onboarding training and operation training.
Leading and participation with DE team activity if necessary.
Undertake any other assignment assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements
Must have similar experience in the role
Must have minimum 3 years' experience in MFI
Must have extensive understanding of MFI operation process
Good in both English and Burmese
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, reporting & interpersonal skill
Able to work with team
Able to travel
