To handle customer, merchant and agent customer service in order to provide best customer service.
Consolidate and analyse customer, merchant and agent voices to improve company services for organization
Coach and train staff on delivering quality services
Handle customer enquiries and complaints, and support other daily operations
Enhancement and update relevant procedures, polices and standards
Take ownership of customers issues and determine the root cause of problems and follow up to complete to resolution
Suggest potential services to management by collecting and analysing of customer information and needs
Keep accurate records of customer service in order to do actions and discussions
Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, social media and faceto-face
Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 2-years’ experience related working experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Has as good communication skills and comfortable to interact with all levels in the organization.
Enjoy working in a team and a team player.
Good command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written)
Produce valuable and engaging content for company website and blog.
Self-motivated, love challenges and able to work all environment.
