- In charge of Channel Sales (Coverage & Sell-thru), Retail Sales (Sell-Out) & Trade Marketing for Ayeyarwady & Rakhine Region.
- Maintaining and increasing the sales of Vsmart products and Discover sales opportunities through establishing, maintaining & expanding relationships with Customers (Wholesalers/ Regional Distributors or Dealers/ Key Accounts) in the Region
- Handling the Key/major customer accounts yourself.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Setting KPI, sales targets for each Supervisor in your team
- Responsible for the recruiting and training Supervisor, PG, team development
- Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and prepare sales reports and report projected (monthly, quarterly and annual) sales forecasts; prepare and timely reports to the senior management.
- Collecting customer feedback, perform market research; monitor Competitors' activities
- Prepare and implement sales action plans (e.g. plan sales routes, make regular calls/visits, etc.) to achieve sales targets for your Region.
- Bachelor's Degree & Prefer Diploma in Sales & Marketing.- Proven work experience at Least 3 years’ experience in Mobile Phone Industry as Sales Manager.- Experience managing a high performance sales team.- Must be fluent in English and must be good communication Skill,- Prefer independently work and lead sales & market- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word required.- Understanding working knowledge, competitor nature, market condition & requirement.- Skill of Analytical, Presentation, Negotiation, Understanding of Market & Distributor Needs.
