An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • In charge of Indirect Sales and distribution activities within the region.
  • Work with respective counterparts from Head Office to implement the distribution policies/ strategies.
  • Responsible for hitting monthly/quarterly/annual gross sales and revenue targets.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end Sales Management and getting the feedback from all the customers for improvement.
  • Responsible for the sales management and initiating the sales-related activities, programs and to promote products.
  • Monitor the sales performance of Branch managers and responsible for the team development and motivation
  • Securing the highest market share and dealers’ pocket share in all territories within the region
  • Ensuring well represented branding of OM with a good balance of Golden, Silver and Bronze stores in key market center for each territory.
  • Initiate the sales related activities and programs and work together with region’s Trade Marketing to promote OM products, both in dealer stores and on ground/roadshow
  • Hiring, mentoring and coaching of Direct Sales Representatives
  • Monitor each Direct Sales Representatives daily dealer’s visitation/routine, sales performance and productivity
  • Conduct weekly Direct Sales Representatives meeting to promote constant staffs’ engagement and motivation

Job Requirements

  • Strong in managing KPIs and deliverables as is targeted by organization
  • University Graduate preferably with Marketing or Business Management
  • Strong in managing KPI’s and deliverables as is expected in a sales organization.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of working experience in FMCG or related industries.
  • Strong data analytical skill and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to lead 30+ team members
  • Able to travel national wise
