Develop trade marketing strategy and budget in line with overall Branding and marketing strategy
Plan, develop and execute national wide trade marketing and customer engagement activities including development of point-of-sales (POS) materials and promotions
Work closely with product team to plan and design product launch and promotion activities
Building brand awareness and positioning marketing activities.
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of overall strategic marketing plan.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 3-years’ experience related working experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Has as good communication skills and comfortable to interact with all levels in the organization.
Enjoy working in a team and a team player.
Good command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written)
Produce valuable and engaging content for company website and blog.
Self-motivated, love challenges and able to work all environment.
