  • To manage the relative sales team in order to achieve the most effective and effective way.
  • Train, manage and need to handle problem solving with the sales team.
  • Relation with existing clients & new potential clients territory wise.
  • Find out the best way for transportation (time, cost and opportunity management).
  • To check out the damaged item, decision making and take action as necessary.
  • To operate the sales team with the best usage of marketing tools (price, product, and distribution).
  • Analysis the report from assistant manager, taking necessary action and, reporting of market situation, stock balance, customer relation, territory wise and sales volume condition.
  • Monthly sales report to individual principals.
  • Motivate the sales team for better results & recognize the performance.

Job Requirements

  •  Graduate, MBA or any diploma related or Business Management holder.
  •  Proficiency in English.
  •  Advanced in computer skills.
  •  At least Five years experience in related fields.
