Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Managing the Medical Promotions team and Medical Sales team of Yangon and Lower Myanmar branches to establish new customers, doctors, creating demand and implement strategy to increase market penetration that meet short and long term business objective
  2. Supervise MSR/MR to promote medical products effectively to get more market share; Market routes, Meeting with doctors, in aligning to self  KPI
  3. Prescription and sales achievement for assigned region, products, principals and individuals
  4. Identifying the potential target customers and create a territory plan utilizing MR, MSR and market feedback and adding own knowledge of  local market demand 
  5. Provide timely and appropriate feedback and daily and weekly report to superior.     
  6. Liaising between doctors, customers, and internal departments
  7. Field visit for sales call must be done together with supervisor/team leader and MR/MSR. In the absence of supervisor, field visit must be done with MR/MSR. According to the product nature and requirements must to visit and promote the GPs & Clinics.
  8. Allocation of time spent in the field must be 70% of total working time
  9. Identifying opportunistic branding campaigns to improve the business and services; conference, trade shows and others
  10. Create new business opportunity through market analysis and survey and competitors’ information
  11. Preparing business proposal to the team National Marketing Manager / Brand Development Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate with diploma in sales & marketing management
  • More than (5) years experiences in sales & marketing field and minimum 3 years in  managerial experience
  • Age between (30 to 35) years may be preferred.
  • Strong ability to collaborate well with other departments to accomplish the targets.
  • Perfect in computer skill, excellent interpersonal and communication skills           
  • Able to travel if require.
