Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Responsibility and accountability of total sales volume and distribution, visibility, and credit collection.

Prepare for territories routes plan

Need to achieve KPIs (Distribution, Penetration, Strike Rate and Productivity)

Lead and manage assigned area and depot.

Setting reasonable sale targets to be achieved by the sale teams.

Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Provide market insight and competitor information with proposed action plan.

Ensuring compliances of SOP DMS ordering process/ PJP process and reports.

Provide the sale team with the necessary guidance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Accountable for data integrity.

Ensuring sales and KPIs reports submission prompt. (Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly)

Execute drive plan for expand distribution and SKUs expansion.

Develop monthly and quarterly business plans.

Training and coaching to SVs and SRs.

Conducts periodic Business Review with assigned area.

Resolve market and operation issues within the area

Manage key customer- Visit all top customers and market visit weekly.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree, preferred diploma in sales and marketing

At least 10 years of the sale experiences in FMCG industry

Must be able to known DMS system & deep dive analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching and influence.

Strong experiences in Distribution Management and Field Sale Management.

Good computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail, etc…..)

Result delivery, problem solving skills and effective communication ability.

Be able to travel as business trip.
