Execute drive plan for expand distribution and SKUs expansion.
Develop monthly and quarterly business plans.
Training and coaching to SVs and SRs.
Conducts periodic Business Review with assigned area.
Resolve market and operation issues within the area
Manage key customer- Visit all top customers and market visit weekly.
