• Must be able to build good customer relations.
• He must be able to manage the entire area he is responsible for.
• Must be able to design and manage Way Plan and Sales Plan well.
• Must be able to achieve sales targets.
• Must be found new market  and developed.
• Must be able to do Weekly Report, Monthly Report.
• Must be able to visit and serve in the district.
• ASMs who serve in the Regional must also be able to manage and govern the affairs of the branch office in the respective Region.

• Customer Relation ကောင်းမွန်စွာ တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• မိမိတာဝန်ယူထားသည့် Area  တစ်ခုလုံး အား တာဝန်ယူအုပ်ချုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Way Plan နှင့် Sales Plan များအား ရေးဆွဲနိုင်ပြီး ကောင်းစွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
• Sales Target ပြည့်မှီအောင် ရောင်းချနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• စျေးကွက်သစ် ရှာဖွေဖော်ဆောင်ပေးရမည်။
• Weekly Report, Monthly Report များကိုဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• နယ်တွင်သွားရောက် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။      Regional တွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရသော ASM များသည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Region တွင်ရှိသော ရုံးခွဲဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များကိုလည်း စီမံခန့်ခွဲ အုပ်ချုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။

• Must be a graduate.
• Must have at least (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Must be between (30) and (38) years of age.
• Must be able to use Computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Pont, Email, Internet).
• Must be able to travel to the areas he is responsible for.

Myanmar Language

• ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
•  သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
• အသက် (၃၀) နှစ် မှ (၃၈) နှစ် အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Computer( Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Pont, Email, Internet) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• မိမိတာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရမည့် Area များသို့ ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
