Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

HR:

  • Full spectrum of HR (recruitments, compensation and benefits, training, payroll and attendance etc.)
  • Update Organization Charts for all Hatchery and Breeder Farm.
  • Draft / Update company policy/ employee handbook for Livestock with most effective method
  • Update and draft workplace rules and policies and prepare for announcement
  • Ensure JD is up to date.
  • Plan and implement Training and development for all employees (company policies, external training, etc.)
  • Source and establish training program / self- upgrade program for employee
  • Design Performance Appraisal forms and set KPI together with the line manager. To sit in with the line manager for review.
  • Implement Employment Contract
  • Compensations and Benefits, Monitor & record market Salary. Produce salary survey report
  • Collect employee grievance (monthly) and present to management for problem solving
  • Administrative operation related with government association if required
  • Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by director

Admin:

  • Record and ensure employee hostel room fixture is in proper & clean
  • Collect employee grievance (monthly) and present to management for problem solving
  • Car Licenses’ / lift license renewal yearly
  • Routine computer scanning for viruses and reporting.
  • Maintain staffs’ uniforms stock list and place order when stock is low.
  •  Lead import documentation procedure
  •  Attend meeting when required
  •  Check Security Round Report & make initiative to solve problem
  • Apply visas/ extension of stay permit for foreign technicians.
  • Other Adhoc duties assigned by director

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, with min 5-7 years of HR admin 
  • Age is above 30 years old
  • Software skill ( Full Global Wave Software)
  • HR Diploma / Certificate is preferred
  • Advance Excel Certificate is preferred
  • Able to stay in Farm.
