Job Description

  • Developing and implementing human resources policies.
  • Supporting strategic objectives.
  • Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
  • Motivating and supporting current staff.
  • Maintaining staff records.
  • Handling employee benefits.
  • Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
  • Designing and directing training programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Liaising with HR Software team
  • Announce and follow up Individual Performance Appraisal quarterly
  • Filling systems monitoring & control documents
  • Recruitment and Selection Process
  • Assist interview process and support requirements for respective HODs and Managers
  • Liaise with Finance & Account Department for OT calculation and SSB
  • Arrange required training programs for staffs
  • Monitor for IPR process and reporting
  • Travel arrangements for oversea, domestics (visa, stay, ticketing)
  • Arrange, order, issue and sock the employee uniforms
  • Supervise visiting cards for new employees and promoted employees or status change employees
  • Supervise and arrangement for courier services (In & Out)
  • Coordinate company events and celebration
  • Liaison with Management and QMS Team for the implementation of forms, systems, and procedures to carry out responsibilities and accomplish goals.
  • Ensured that audit principles and policies are followed, and evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of procedures and operating systems and controls.
  • Ensure that the audit exercise happens in line with the requirements of the ISO 9001 that relate to management review and internal audits.

Job Requirements

  • Master is preferred and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of human resource management and Administrative experience preferred.
  • Skilled and qualified service of QMS in standard ISO9001
  • Strong and effective communication both written and verbal in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as maintain a positive working relationship with all departments.
  • Perform multiple tasks under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
